Bluebird Aware welcomes applications from adults of every age, identity and background. We welcome disabled and neurodivergent volunteers, people living with long-term health conditions, people with lived experience and people who have never volunteered before.

We will consider reasonable adjustments throughout the application process and during volunteering. Applicants will never be expected to disclose more personal or medical information than is needed to arrange requested support.
